All pizzas are baked in our 650 degree gas fired brick oven. Our dough is prepared daily and proofed over night with super premium 00 Giusto's flour. Our sauce is specially created with organic tomatoes and our walnut pesto is made the traditional way - one handfull of chopped basil at a time! Neapolitan style pizzas are 12", six slices and feed 1-2 people.
