All Good Pizza began as chef/owner Kristin Houk's passion project. A long term resident of Bayview Hunter's Point, Kristin often lamented the lack of fresh local food in the neighborhood. After years of working in restaurant management & kitchens and international development with women entrepreneurs who were primarily food producers and artists, Kristin decided to create a solution to her own problem. She launched the concept for All Good Pizza- delicious simple food made with local ingredients- in 2011 and in 2012 she parked a tricked out food trailer and a port-o-potty on an abandoned lot three blocks from her house. She removed over 15,000 pounds of garbage from the lot and little by little started adding artistic elements and plants to the space to make it a welcoming community hub.

Thousands of pizzas and twelve years later, in 2024 All Good Pizza got a major overhaul with the construction of a new permanent kitchen and bathroom. Today the space is completely landscaped and changed from its humble beginnings but the ethos remain unchanged: Providing high quality local food to the community in a beautiful environment.
